  • Max. 80%LTV with FICO740 or higher,
    Max. Loan Size of $1,000,000
  • Max. 75%LTV with FICO700-739
  • Post closing liquidity of 6 months PITI/HOA
  • No cash out allowed on second home
    properties
  • Building Size: 2-12 units, 600 Sq. Ft. minimum
  • Project Min. Owner Occupancy Level =75%
  • Scenario Expected Loss report (SEL)
    required or each building in which NCB’s
    exposure is $1,500,000 or greater

PROJECT APPROVAL

  • TIC questionnaire (provided by NCB)
  • TIC agreement
  • Insurance Certificate
